Hebrews 1:1-3a NIV

Then Jesus looked up and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. 42 I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me.” 43 When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!”

Is there any part of you that is (or has been) frustrated with God’s timing? What was it that frustrated you? What were your expectations of God’s timing and what were they based upon?
Have you ever asked the Lord to search your heart and reveal if there is something in your life that grieves Him? How do you respond if He does reveal areas to you?
How do you know what your trust and hope are really in? What are ways you can keep this in check?
